Elevation
Echoing ‘Suspension’, this painting continues my exploration of mineral architecture. Here, equilibrium gives way to movement: powerful diagonals cut through the space, evoking the harshness of ridges and the cracking of glaciers.
The white linework—a signature of this series—acts to reveal the rock’s internal structure. It is a painting of high altitude, where the mountain becomes crystal, offering the viewer a landscape that is both chaotic and fascinating in its purity.
