Denchen, Kundun, Nima and Jangbu

These are small portraits of Nepalese individuals where I sought to reveal their personalities: the seriousness of the girls contrasted with the more mischievous nature of the boys. These portraits are finely detailed in oil with brushes for the faces, and the background is created with thick knife strokes.
